Oh no, there isn't one..... But the service was appalling. Great coffee shop, great people and great coffee.

But the service was appalling. My issue was that the cups weren't full, only note. My muffin had some nice crunchy streusel on top. I find the staff are at cafe nero edinburgh times very pleasant and very efficient. This Waverley branch of Caffe Nero is extremely convenient for train travelers - right in the heart of the station by the other solo outlets. Terrible person to be in service business. Loads of dirty mugs not being removed swiftly is pretty sluggish. Also there is a very weird security lock on the door and would be very easy for small children to lock themselves inside how anyone thinks this is responsible I will never know especially in a prime location for tourists. I find that quite rude and i will endeavor to find a costa next time!. Aww, your browser has JavaScript turned off. They had a variety of coffee options and pastries as well. Considering it's met at a train station therefore most people will have suitcases and bags, there isn't a lot of space as they have squeezed as many seats as they can within the seating area.

Basically decent enough coffee, some overworked staff, some very lazy staff and poor customer service! Conveniently located towards the centre of the departures lounge opposite Hugo Boss and Brora.

Caffè Nero - Pre-closing time at around 7:55pm, there were only two attendees left - one coloured and one pale woman. Loads of dirty mugs not being removed swiftly is pretty sluggish.

I have used caffe neros quite extensively and generally found them to serve their purpose pretty well. In fact I struggle to find words to describe the condition of these facilities but I urge you to just wet your pants rather than entering the toilets here. You'd probably feel cleaner! The staff were not in the slightest bit interested in the customer, more interested in themselves or the stories of last nights escapades..... I almost felt I should apologise for disturbing them but then I decided it would be lost on them. Zero for cleanliness Zero for staff attitude 1 star only because I can't rate it as zero Went in for a coffee and a sandwich gluten free , got my order and sat an inside table which was pretty dirty and looked like it needed a good wipe down. Put this down to the cafe being busy and got on with eating and drinking but before we departed went to use the toilets. This place should not be be allowed to operate with such a poor standard of toilet, it was very dirty and had toilet paper all over the floor and really stank. Also there is a very weird security lock on the door and would be very easy for small children to lock themselves inside how anyone thinks this is acceptable I will never know especially in a prime location for tourists. I will never darken the door of this place again. About half way down the Royal Mile, we decided some tea and pastries would do us some good and there was Cafe Nero. We were fortunate to get a table for 4 as shortly after we arrived, it got quite crowded. You order at the counter and bring your own food to your table. There is no wait staff that I saw. A nice place to relax with quality food and tea.
